7.       Accessibility – Digital citizens have a right to enter the internet regardless of what gender or race (keepthewebopen, 2012)
8.       Association – Digital citizens have a right to associate with anyone they like on social media or online internet blogs (keepthewebopen, 2012)
9.       Privacy – Digital citizens have a right to hide their personal belongings from or in the internet (keepthewebopen, 2012)
10.   Property – Digital citizens have a right to protect their intellectual property on the internet (keepthewebopen, 2012)
